1 cupbanana slices
1/2 cupdates
1/2 tbspcinnamonn powder
1/2 tbspcaradomm powder
1 tbsplemon juice
1/4 tbspsalt
1/2 tbspdry fruits

Take a blender add chopped banana slices,dates and milk to it.

Then add caradomm powder and lemon juice.

Blend it into a smooth juicy.

Take it into bowl add little salt and mix it.

Take it into a serving glass and sprinkle with cinnamonn powder and dry fruits.
