Ingredients

10 minutes
3 servings
  • 1 1/2 cupboiled Kala chana
  • as neededMustard oil or olive oil
  • to tastePink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tbspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tbspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • 3/4 tbspCumin seeds
  • leavesCoriander
  • 1/4 tbspTurmeric powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil into a pan and heat.

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds.

  3. 3

    When the seeds start spluttering, add in all the spices and cook at low flame for 3-4 mins. (Don't add salt at this stage)

  4. 4

    Add your chana and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Cover with a lid and cook at low flame for 5 mins.

  7. 7

    Add chopped coriander leaves. Healthy chana masala is ready.
