Add oil into a pan and heat.

Add cumin seeds.

When the seeds start spluttering, add in all the spices and cook at low flame for 3-4 mins. (Don't add salt at this stage)

Add your chana and mix well.

Add salt to taste.

Cover with a lid and cook at low flame for 5 mins.

Add chopped coriander leaves. Healthy chana masala is ready.
