Now fry the brinjal slices well adding salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Add oil fry the lentil dumplings and keep aside

Temper celery seeds and red chilli whole

Add the remaining vegetables and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover it for 10 mimutes

Add the fried gourd and brinjals

Add the poppy seeds and mustard seeds paste mix and combine well

Finally add lentil dumplings and sugar

The sukto is ready to be served
