Sattu is quite popular in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh since ancient times. In Bihar, It is also known as desi Horlicks .
Sattu includes good amount of protein and fiber which is good for digestion and gives lots of energy. Most of time sattu ka
drink serves as namkeen sharbat but one can add small spoon of sugar if you want little khatta meetha type drink.
