Make ek taar ki chashni by taking 1 litre of water and 1 kg of sugar

Take out juice of 30 lemon

Grind pudina and ginger into a paste

Mix paste lemon juice in the chashni

Strain it and store it

While making the sorbet 1:7 ratio can be made to drink

While serving add bit of salt

Add ice and njoy cool cool lemon sorbet
