Clean your omena in hot water with vinegar or lemon/soak it in hor water with vinegar/lemon

Rinse it well then let it dry or dry it in oil in a pan

In a pan put oil then add in your chopped onions and let them cook till transparent then add in your ginger garlic paste and let it cook for 30 seconds

Add in your tomatoes and saute them till soft, at this pint you can add your tomato paste

Add the omena to your cooked mixture then cover for 3 minutes as it cooks

Now add your chopped/sliced capsicum and stir then add your coconut cream and let it simner for a while then add your chopped corriander and remove from heat

Serve hot
