Ingredients

  • 1 cupleft over blended coconut
  • 1 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/4 cupsugar or more depending on your sweet tooth
  • 1 1/2tea spoons baking powder
  • 1 pinchred food color
  • 1/2 cupcooking oil or one cup melted butter
  • Milk as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix well your dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add in your left over coconut (remember it's not dry because we just used a sieve) and mix well

  3. 3

    Add in the milk until yiu achieve the thickness yiu needed

  4. 4

    Bake in an oven at 180 for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted

  5. 5

    Serve with a drink of your choice
