I use a blender to do my coconut when my recipe needs coconut milk then i sieve and store what's left on the sive.I didn't want to throw it away thats when i came up with the recipe

Mix well your dry ingredients

Add in your left over coconut (remember it's not dry because we just used a sieve) and mix well

Add in the milk until yiu achieve the thickness yiu needed
- 4
Bake in an oven at 180 for 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted
- 5
Serve with a drink of your choice
