Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbssmall zucchini, hollowed out
  • 3large tomatoes, grated
  • 1 cupshort-grain rice (about 200 grams)
  • 1 cupwater (about 240 ml)
  • 9 ozground beef or lamb (about 270 grams)
  • 1/4 cuptomato sauce (about 60 ml)
  • 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil (about 45 ml)
  • 1 teaspoonallspice
  • 1 teaspooncinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonsalt

Steps

    Rinse the rice in a bowl and drain it well.

  2. 2

    Add the ground meat, spices, and grated tomatoes to the rice.

  3. 3

    Finally, add the oil and mix everything well.

  4. 4

    Stuff the hollowed zucchini with the filling you prepared. Place them in a pot on the stove, then add the water and tomato sauce.

  5. 5

    Cook for about 30 minutes, or a little less, until done.
