For the syrup, boil the sugar with water and place in a bowl

Once the syrup is cooled, cut the lemon into half and squeeze in the lemon juice into the syrup

Peel and dice the mangoes

Cut the passion fruits into halves and squeeze their contents into a bowl

Mix the mangoes and the passion in a blender and blend till the mixture is fine

Sieve the mixture into a jar with a conical sieve, add the syrup and stir well

Refrigerate it for 30 minutes before serving it
