Steps

First soak rice for 10 minutes in water.

In the meantime chopped onions.

In the grinder grind the tomatoes.

Now take the cooker and add oil.

Now add the jeera and stir.

Add chopped onions and cooked till brown.

Add tej patta, badi ellachi,small ellachi.

Add grinded tomato and cook till dark red colour.

Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces and take matar Dane and add both to the cooker.

Finally add rice to the cooker and close it

Now cook on high flame for 1-2 whistle and then slow down flame and cook for 5 minutes and close the gas.

Take rice after 5minute from the cooker and arrange on serving tray as shown in pic. Happy cooking!!
