Ingredients

  • Halfbag Lentils
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • 2onions
  • Tomatoes pure
  • 2carrots
  • Olive oil
  • 2chillies
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2vegetable stock cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pad medium heat. Fry onions garlic ginger

  2. 2

    Add chillies

  3. 3

    Add chopped carrots

  4. 4

    When carrots are soft add water and 1 stock cube

  5. 5

    Add tomato pure

  6. 6

    Add the lentils and lots of water. Bring to boil then put to simmer.

  7. 7

    Add in second stock cube. Continue adding water and season. Keep on low heat.
