Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 1/2 cupoats
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 1 cupchopped mix veggies
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tsp Eno salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except Ino and make batter.

  2. 2

    Keep aside for 10-15 mins.

  3. 3

    Now add Ino and mix well.

  4. 4

    Pour into different shaped mold.

  5. 5

    Now put into steamer and steam for 10 mins..

  6. 6

    Ready to serve.

    You can serve it with tomato sauce or nariyal chutney.
