  • 1/2 kgchicken
  • Cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 tea spooncumin
  • 1 tea spoonpepper
  • 1 tea spoonpaprika
  • 1 tea spooncayenne pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 2 clovesgarlic chopped

Steps

    Pour olive oil into a 2-cup liquid measuring cup.

  2. 2

    Mix together salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, and cayenne pepper and add to olive oil. Add garlic

  3. 3

    ..Pour marinade over the chicken in the zip top bag.

  4. 4

    And let it set for a few minutes and deep fry

  5. 5

    Serve hot with fries
