Arrange the all ingredients

Heat the Pure Ghee in a pan/Kadai roast the semolina/Suji till light golden in colour.

Now add milk and boil for 5 minutes.

Now add MILKMAID/Condensed milk and stire it well.

Add cardamom powder, rose water and saffron and cook and stir for 2 - 3 minutes continuously on a medium to low flame.

Off the flame, Omani Khabeesa is ready.

Serve in a bowl, garnish with almond and serve warm.

Once Omani Khabeesa cools down it become thick than cut into pieces.You can also serve in pieces.
