Steps

Take maida, sugar, milk powder in a bowl and mix it.

Add milk made, oil, vanilla essence mix it well again.

Now add milk and whisk till creamy and sugar is melted.

Add in baking soda and baking powder, vanilla essence, food colour mix well. Add in flour and fold gently.

Now spoon this in a well greased idli plate and steam for 5 to 7 mins. Insert a toothpick to check whether the cake is done.Now remove and let it cool for a min.

Use a spoon to remove it and serve
