  • 2 cupsomena
  • 2medium size tomatoes
  • 1medium size onion
  • 1red capiscum
  • 3 tbsoil
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • Traditional magadi

    Select the omenas and blanch in hot water

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan and put the omena to fry and brown

  3. 3

    Add the onions and capsicum

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes and stir continuosly

  5. 5

    Leave to simmer

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali
