Ingredients

15 minutes
1 serving
  • 1 cupGobinda bhog rice soaked
  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 1roasted papad
  • 1dry red chilli whole
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededghee

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the rice in water

  2. 2

    As the water dries up add ghee salt and sugar and mix

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and red chilli

  4. 4

    Add this to the curd mix salt and sugar

  5. 5

    Serve rice with curd and papad
