Ingredients

30 mins
  • 2 litresmilk
  • 100 gramsgobindobhog rice
  • 50 gramscashewnuts
  • 50 gramsraisins
  • 4small cardamoms
  • 2bay leaves
  • 50 gramsalmonds
  • 1 teaspoonghee
  • 500 gramssugar

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat the milk in a pan until a little thick.

  2. 2

    Then add washed rice in it.

  3. 3

    Then let the milk simmer and the rice boil

  4. 4

    When the rice has boiled a little then add sugar to it

  5. 5

    When the rice is boiling add bay leaves to it

  6. 6

    When the rice has boiled and milk has become thick add crushed cardamom to it and switch off the heat.

  7. 7

    Serve it cool.
