Ingredients

  • Beef, cut into thin "filets"
  • 1onion, cut into thin slices
  • To tasteblack pepper
  • To tastegarlic salt
  • To tasteseason salt
  • 2-4 tbspoil (preferably olive oil but any will do)
  • 1tomato(optional)
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • Spicy mayonnaise (optional)
  • Your choice of bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Salt in cut up beef with season salt and garlic salt, sprinkle pepper over as well if desired.

  2. 2

    Slice onion into thin slices

  3. 3

    Heat a nonstick skillet on high and add just enough oil to coat the bottom.

  4. 4

    Add beef and onions into the pan once hot. (The onions will get tender and brown)

    Cook until ready, serve on a bun or slice of bread with spicy mayo, tomatoes and lettuce or whatever you like. Enjoy.
