First prepare all your ingredients. Chop the vegetables into strips.

Boil your rice and when ready, add the mixture of vinegar+sugar+salt. Mix and waft as it cools down.

Use cling film to wrap around your mat. It prevents the rice from sticking on the mat.

Place the seaweed on the mat and then spread some rice on top. Place the vegetables at the middle of the seaweed.

Then roll

Make the roll round or cubic.

Cut and serve
