1/2 kgliver
2 bunchescoriander
2big tomato’s
1onion
3 clovesgarlic
Pinchsalt
3 spoonfulcooking oil

Steps

30 mins

Add the cooking oil in a pan and fry the liver for 5 minutes

Add onion and garlic and keep on starring until they turn color
3

Add tomatoes and 1/2 cup of water let it simmer
4

In the last 5 minutes add in your coriander and don’t overcook them.Serve and enjoy
