Steps

Firstly heat the pan add mustard oil in pan then add dry red chilli bay leaf, cinnamon and cardamom and garlic cloves as chownk.

Now add finly chopped onion. When the onion changed it's colour then add chicken and stir for 2 mins.

After that add chopped tomatoes,ginger garlic paste, green chilli and salt as per test. Stir for 2 mins and cover it. And put the gas in low flame.

After 15 -20 mins the chicken automatically cooked with it's own water. No need to add water. when it seems that the chicken fully cocked then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder stir well and then cover it.

After 15 mins add garam masala powder.and your spicy dry Chicken is ready to eat. Serve it with pulaw.
