Put semolina in a pan and fry on medium flame about 2 minutes until toasty not brown now remove in a bowl

Now put empty pan again on full flame add oil let oil hot now add mustard seed, and split black gram for 30 seconds add onion and fry till soft not brown now add curry leaves, green chilli and stir it about to 1 minute now add carrots, peas, sugar, turmeric powder, and fry it 1 more minutes add salt, red chilli mix it till oil coated on vegetables very well.

Add roasted semolina and mix in vegetables very well add water gently and stir, semolina absorb water very quickly and reduce the flame cover it for 1 minute stir the mixture it will start leaving the pan turn off the heat garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
