  • 3long brinjals
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspaamchur powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and cut the brinjals from the end

  2. 2

    Prepare a mixture using all the masalas

  3. 3

    Stuff the brinjals with the masalas

  4. 4

    Heat oil and fry the brinjals covered on a low flame

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice or chapati
