1cauliflower (cut into florets)
2Potatoes cut into cubes
1tomato chopped
2-3green chillies chopped
1" ginger crushed
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper cumin seed,bay leaf and green chillies
2

Add cauliflower florets and Potatoes saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
3

Cover it for 10 mimutes to be cooked well
4

Add ginger paste and tomato saute well
5

Finally add sugar and mix
6

Serve it with rice or roti
