Pasta salad is very quick to make and is very healthy to eat. It can be prepared in time to watch football. Its a compliment with nacho chips.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water until pasta is cooled. Drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, toss together cooked pasta with onion, spring onion, bell pepper, and cucumber - 2
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, garlic oil, dill, salt, coriander and pepper.
Pour sauce over pasta and toss until everything is well coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill at least 1 hour before serving. - 3
