Steps

Into a bowl, put flour+ butter+ baking powder mix to get bread crumbs like consistency

Make a well in the flour and add your milk mixed with water, mix together, place on a working surface and knead gently

Cover and leave to rest for 20 mins.

Heat oil in a saucepan add your minced meat and stir till it looses it's pinkish Colorado. Add in Irish potato and carrot and stir for a few minutes.

Pour water and add your stock cube and stock powder allow to cook for 10 minutes.

Place your dough on a working surface, cut a small portion.

Spread out with a rolling pin and cut out a circle shape, you can use any round object or you can get a meat pie cutter.

Scoop about one and half spoon of filling into the cut dough.

Whisk your egg and coat using baking brush.

Place on a baking tray and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes

Serve.
