Ingredients

25 minutes
6 servings
  1. 200 gramlady's finger
  2. 1brinjal
  3. 2Potatoes
  4. 1 handfullentil dumplings
  5. 2 tbspmustard seeds paste
  6. 3-4green chillies slitted
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. To tastesalt
  9. As neededoil (mustard oil)

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the vegetables

  2. 2

    Heat oil fry the lentil dumplings and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add oil into the same pan fry the brinjals, Potatoes and lady's finger

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  5. 5

    As the vegetables get soft add water and lentil dumplings

  6. 6

    Finally add the mustard seeds paste and sugar

  7. 7

    Serve it with plain rice
