Cut the vegetables

Heat oil fry the lentil dumplings and keep aside

Now add oil into the same pan fry the brinjals, Potatoes and lady's finger

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

As the vegetables get soft add water and lentil dumplings

Finally add the mustard seeds paste and sugar

Serve it with plain rice
