Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 1 cupweat flour
  • 1/2 cupGram flour
  • 1 tspjowar flour
  • 1 tspbajra flour
  • 1chopped slice onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1ginger and garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Buttermilk as required
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix all ingredients and make a dough....add oil 1 tsp....and take a rest for dough 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Take a lemon size ball in to a dough and roll out paratha

  3. 3

    Grease oil tawa put this paratha and shallow fry from both sides

  4. 4

    Paratha is redy to serve it serve with coconut chutney
