Steps

Boil rice and set aside

Boil peas for about 5-6 minutes until tender

Dice carrots

Cut onion into rings

Put some oil on a pan and when hot put onions.

Fry until tender but not burnt.

Add carrots and peas. Fry for about 5 minutes.

Add cooked rice and try to mix evenly, but lightly taking care not to mash the rice

Add about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix evenly.

Mix for about 2 to 3 minutes and remove from heat.

Serve.
