Steps

Roast vermicilli in the desi ghee in a wok till golden brown..

Now in another wok Add the required quantity of milk and make it little denser by letting the water evaporate on a gas stove.

Stir continuously to avoid burning and sticking of the milk..at the bottom of the vessel..

Add sugar add few drops of rose essence

Also add the roasted vermicilli in the milk.

.let the milk simmer for another 3-5 minutes

Switch off the gas stove

Kheer is ready.Garnish with pistachios and almonds
