This rice is so flavourful and easy to cook too... the flavours of coriander and tomato cooked in coconut milk makes the dish very tasty. Do give a try

Blend coriander and tomatoes coarsely...

Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Put cloves,elachi,jeera, peppercorns and bay leaf for two mins

Add ginger garlic paste and let it cook.

Add coarsely blended tomato and coriander paste, salt and sautee till nice aroma comes..

Grind soaked red chillies and soaked khus khus. Statism the paste and keep the liquid aside

Add the red chilli and khus khus liquid to the cooked tomato coriander paste. Mix well

Add coconut milk as soon as the tomato coriander paste is cooked.Mix well and let it cook

Add washed and drained rice to this, mix well and let it cook for 3-4mins

Add 4 cups of boiling water to the rice and let it cook.

Check and add salt as per taste.Let the rice cook.

Once rice cooked, mix well and serve with salad
