Steps

Make a paste with water & maida flour (This will be used as a gum for sticking the samosa sheets while folding)

Mix finely chopped jack-fruit, grated coconut and sugar. (Sugar is optional and it depends the sweetness of jack-fruit)

Apply the paste prepared in the 1st step on the borders of samosa sheet (folding instructions already there on the pack of samosa sheet, which is available in supermarkets)

Fill the 2nd step ingredients inside the folded samosa sheet (aprox. 25-30g is required for one samosa)

Fold the sheets as instructed on the samosa sheet pack (Can be kept frozen for later use)

Heat desired oil in a pan, fry both sides till golden brown colour
- 7
Serve hot
