Heat oil shallow fry the paneer and soak into warm milk with sugar

Now heat more oil and temper cumin seed red chilli and bay leaf

Add ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

Add cashew-raisins paste and saute adding salt, turmeric powder and red chilli Powder

Keep the heat low and pour the curd beating well with salt

Now add the paneer and saute well
- 7
Finally add the milk and sugar simmer for a while
- 8
Garnish it with fennel seed powder and garam masala powder
- 9
Serve it with any kind of flat breads
