Steps

First remove the stick into soya chaap and clean it.

Heat oil into a pan when oil become hot fry the chaap on mideyam heat

Make a paste with ginger garlic and green chilli

Heat oil in a pan.put 1 tabsp oil add jira let it cracked. Add chopped onion and fry it 5 minutes

Then add ginger garlic paste fry it make a pure with tomato and add in it

Fry olmost 5 minutes

Add haldi dhaniya powder lal mirch powder degi mirch powder salt and mix it

Add 2 pouch Maggie masala and mix.fry it till remove the oil

Than add fried soya chaaps 1cup water and mix. Cover with a lid.

.cook it on low to mideyam heat for 15 minutes.remove lid add garam masala.cook 2 minutes on simmer heat.naw smasala soya chaap is ready to serve.
