Steps

Cut the idli in cubes,onions sliced,green chillies slit into two halves

Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds let it crackle add uradh fry till golden brown

Add onions and green chillies,curry leavessaute,till tender add salt

Finally add turmeric powder, chopped idli and mix well,

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
