Steps

Wash and cut the broccoli into small pieces.Sprinkle salt and set aside.

Pressure cook together tomato, onion, diced carrots and lentils. Keep till the steam remains.

Next put the cooked ingredients into a grinder and grind into a smooth puree.

Meanwhile boil the broccoli.

In a deep based pan melt butter and add ginger garlic paste and salute.Add the carrot/lentil puree and keep stirring.

Add broccoli pieces and stir.Add salt and sugar and water.

When gravy gets thickened remove from the flame and pour into a serving bowl.

Top up with cream and serve.
