Ingredients

  • 2-3baingan
  • 1 tbspgreen coriander
  • 1green chilli
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • For fryingOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut baingan into round pieces.

  2. 2

    Add gram flour, carom, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder into a mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Add some water and make a batter. Dip baingan pieces into batter.

  4. 4

    Add heat oil and deep fried till golden in colour.

  5. 5

    Serve with chutney or sauce.
