Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 cupKokam petals
  • 1/2 cupSugar / jeggary
  • 2 glassesWater
  • Black salt as per need
  • 10-12Mint leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak kokam petals in water for half an hour

  2. 2

    Squeeze soaked kokam and take purple coloured juice

    Repeat the process till clear water

  4. 4

    Now add sugar or gud, jeera powder, crushed mint leaves and black salt to taste

  5. 5

    Add some ice cubes and enjoy endlessly with family and friends

  6. 6

    This drink or Sharbat acts as coolant during summers and prevent acidity
