Ingredients

  1. 4 cupmaida
  2. 1/2 cupoil for moyan
  3. Water as needed
  4. Oil for fry
  5. For stuffing....
  6. 1 cupmoong dal
  7. Pinchhing
  8. 1 spoon cumin seeds
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 spoonKashmir red chilli
  11. 1 spoon coriander powder
  12. 1/4 grammasala
  13. 1 spoon anchor powder
  14. 1spoon sugar
  15. 1 tbspbesan
  16. 1 tbspCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First soak moong dal in 30

  2. 2

    Then mix mixer jar make a fine paste...

  3. 3

    Then heat a pan add oil, hing, and add paste and all stuffing ingredients and cook in low flame 5 min

  4. 4

    Let it dry...and cool

  5. 5

    Then make a dough add maida, salt, oil and make a dough with water rest it 30 min

  6. 6

    Take a loi...add stuffing make kachori and fry it
