Ingredients

2 hours
5 servings
  • 1 kgtrotters
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 1red pepper
  • 1yellow pepper
  • 1\2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1\2 teaspoon steal and chop spice
  • 1\2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Sprinkle of turmeric for colour
  • Minestrone soup to thicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Thoroughly rinse trotters then put in a pot and boil

  2. 2

    Add spices and turmeric and continue cooking then after an hour or so add chopped onion and peppers

  3. 3

    Then when they well cooked and soft then thicken with any soup of your choice and serve
