Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  • 2 kgturkey pieces
  • Onion x1(chopped fine)
  • 3chilli peppers(cut into small rings)
  • 1carrot(cut into dices)
  • Green pepper x1(chopped)
  • Teaspoonsix gun grilled spice
  • 1table poon oil
  • 1 table spoonoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Defrost turkey and put in a bowl

  2. 2

    Fry onion,chillis and pepper then add spices then add the defrosted and rinsed meat then add water,cook and add spices

  3. 3

    When cooked serve with any starch of your choice
