500 gramwoodapple
6 teaspoonssugar
1 litrewater
1/2 teaspoonblack salt
1/2 teaspoonroasted cumin seeds powder
cubesIce

Crush the woodapple

Remove its pulp in a pot

Now add water in it
4

Mash with hands properly
5

Now sieve in a jug to get clear liquid
6

Add sugar in it mix well
7

Add salt and roasted cumin seeds powder
8

Add ice cubes
9

Transfer in glasses
10

Serve chilled
