Ingredients

  • 12 piecesKokum
  • 2 glasseschilled water
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/2 cupNormal water
  • as neededLittle jeera
  • 5-6ice cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the kokum

  2. 2

    Soak in half cup water for 2 hrs

  3. 3

    Add sugar and jeera seeds

  4. 4

    Boil and cook for 6 mts

  5. 5

    Off the gas

  6. 6

    Mash them nicely

  7. 7

    Strain

  8. 8

    Use this Syrup as kokum sherbet Syrup

  9. 9

    Take tall glass,add syrup,chilled water,ice cubes

  10. 10

    Mix nicely

  11. 11

    Serve
