Steps

Pressure cook the peas with salt turmeric powder,onion chopped, ginger garlic paste

Heat oil temper cumin seeds bay leaf,red chilli and whole garam masala

Saute onions and ginger garlic paste adding salt and turmeric powder

Add the masala powder, tomatoes and red chilli powder and mix well

Add the cheak peas and mix
- 6
Add sugar and boil
- 7
Finally add the chole masala powder and mix well
- 8
Serve it with bhature or chapati
