Ingredients

  1. 1 CupRice
  2. 1/2 CupChana Dal
  3. 1/4 CupMoong Dal
  4. 2 TbspUrad Dal
  5. 1 cup Curd
  6. 1cup Grated Lauki
  7. 1 CupGrated Carrot
  8. 1 tspGinger Paste
  9. 2green chillies
  10. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  11. 2 TbspOil
  12. 1 TspMustard seeds
  13. 1 TspJeera
  14. 1 Tspsesame seeds
  15. 10-12Curry leaves
  16. Pinchhing
  17. Salt as per taste
  18. 1 TspRed chilli powder
  19. 1/2 TspHaldi Powder
  20. 1 TspSugar
  21. 1/2Lemon Juice
  22. 1/2 TspBaking Soda
  23. 1Sachche of ENO

Steps

    Soak all Dal and Rice for 3 to 4 Hours

  2. 2

    Grind them and keep for whole night for fermentation

  3. 3

    Add curd and vegetables and mix all of them.

  4. 4

    Add salt, haldi Red chilli powder.

  5. 5

    Add Sugar and Lemon Juice.

  6. 6

    Heat oil for tadka. Add jeera, hing and Rai, sesame seeds and Curry Leaves

  7. 7

    Add half Tadka in better take a Pan and Grease with oil.

  8. 8

    Pour half remaining tadka in the an.

  9. 9

    Add baking soda in better and lastly add ENO and mix finelly

  10. 10

    Now pour this better in Pan and top it with remain Tadka.

  11. 11

    Sprinkle some red chilli powder and bake it in pre-heater Ovvan for 15 to 20 min

    At 180 degree

  13. 13

    Check it with Knife. If knife came out with clean then Handvo Cake is ready and serve hot with chutney.
