5 spoonsugar

Cut apples in small pieces

Put sugar and cinnamon and mix well

Put on fire (not so strong) for 20 to 25 mins and sometimes mix them while cooking.

When apples turn soft, it is done!

You can keep it in refrigerator. I like to eat it with yogurt or to mix it when I bake cakes.
