Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2 piecesfish
  2. 1onion grinded
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1tomato chopped
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli Powder
  7. 1 tspcumin seed
  8. 1bay leaf
  9. 2green cardamoms
  10. 1clove
  11. 1 stickcinnamon
  12. To tastesalt and sugar
  13. As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Heat oil and deep fry the fish from both sides and keep aside

  3. 3

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and whole garam masalas

  4. 4

    Now grind all the masalas and squeeze the extract out

  5. 5

    Now pour this into the pan and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  6. 6

    Add the fish and cover it till it become soft

  7. 7

    Serve it with rice
