Steps

Boil pasta in enough water, little salt and oil.

Drain water. Let it cool down.

Mash pasta with hand roughly and add all above ingredients mentioned in 'for cutlets'.

Mix well and make balls from it and give tikki shape or any other desired shape.

Mix maida and cornflour. Add enough water and little salt. Mix well and make slurry.

Dip macaroni cutlets into slurry and coat with breadcrumbs.

Deep fry or shallow fry in hot oil.
